The project has given the former Argos unit a new lease of life, creating a modern gym with dedicated weights and HYROX training areas, Hustle and Reformer studios, and welcoming reception and lounge spaces.

Working alongside contractor MCUK and the wider consultant team, our role focused on coordinating the technical design, integrating Frasers Group’s brand standards and overcoming the challenges of adapting the existing building, including its extensive mezzanine support structure.

Completed in October 2026, the new facility brings a broader range of fitness opportunities to the Livingston community, demonstrating how existing retail spaces can be successfully repurposed to meet changing needs.

The project also marks another step in our developing relationship with Frasers Group, as we look ahead to supporting the delivery of a further Everlast Gym in Dundee.
