Family- and pet-friendly features, such as an indoor children’s play area, a dog exercise area, and the UK’s first outdoor gym at a motorway service area, further elevate the site’s appeal.

Our team at have brought technical expertise and sector knowledge to this complex, multi-faceted project, managing the seamless integration of diverse facilities while overcoming significant site challenges. From coordinating the fit-out requirements of multiple high-profile brands to ensuring efficient layouts for both public and HGV facilities, we played a key role in bringing this ambitious vision to life.
