A Year of Progress, People and Proud Moments

As we wrap up another remarkable year, we're excited to reflect on the moments that have truly defined 2025 for us.

It has been a year shaped by growth, collaboration, and meaningful progress across our people, our projects, and our partnerships.

We opened the year in the best possible way with the official launch of our Dundee studio, a milestone that reflects our continued expansion and commitment to strengthening our presence across the UK. This new base has already helped deepen relationships and open the door to new opportunities across Scotland.

Retail has continued to be at the heart of our heritage, and this year we were proud to work with more retail clients than ever before. Supporting valued long-term partners while also welcoming new ones has reinforced the trust placed in our team and our ability to adapt within a constantly evolving sector.

It has also been a year of major progress on some of our most significant projects. External works reached completion at The Forum, an exciting milestone for this digitally driven campus. In Hove, we celebrated the completion of a new Build-to-Rent neighbourhood that brings high-quality homes and community spaces to the city. Similarly, Brent Cross Town continued to advance at pace, contributing to the regeneration of North London and the delivery of new, sustainable homes across the community.

Our commitment to supporting local charities and meaningful causes has remained central to who we are. We continued to champion Bluebell Wood and Ashgate Hospice, and strengthened our partnership with Sheffield 1000. A standout moment of the year was our team completing the Rotary Walk, raising over £4,500, a fantastic achievement driven by generosity, teamwork and determination.

This year also brought well-deserved recognition for our people. We were proud to climb further up the AJ100 rankings, reflecting the dedication and expertise of our entire team. Chloe’s achievement as a Mix Interiors 30 Under 30 finalist highlighted exceptional emerging talent within the practice, while promotions across our senior team demonstrated ongoing growth and leadership from within. We were also delighted to welcome two new senior appointments, heading up our People and Finance functions, Heather Woods and Nataliia Siedykh strengthening the foundations of the practice for the years to come.

We celebrated professional milestones too, with Chris, Jumana, Mo and Matt successfully passing their Part 3 exams and qualifying as architects, an important achievement and a proud moment for them and the wider team. Meanwhile, work commenced on the National Centre for Child Health and Technology (NCCHT) scheme in Sheffield, a project with significant purpose and community impact.

And of course, our Circus Summer Social brought everyone together once again, reminding us of the energy, spirit and camaraderie that make our culture so special.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with a real sense of optimism. With exciting projects underway, a strengthened team, and the shared ambition to keep pushing forward, we’re ready for another year of meaningful progress, creative partnerships, and positive impact.

Here’s to a very exciting 2026!
