Led by our interiors team, the project aimed to increase the developments street appeal and amenity offer, while also establishing a supportive environment with a fun, relevant, and distinctive identity for its residents.

The reimagining of the amenity provision comprised a new striking double-height entrance and a rooftop terrace with study pods and a custom-made bandstand to host festival events. Internally social spaces such as mocktails stations, games booths, study spaces and lounge were also provided as well as a state-of –the-art gymnasium. Drawing inspiration from the coastal setting, the interior design reflects elements of seaside charm, infusing the space with character and personality.

With a fitness suite, dedicated study and social areas, and a rooftop venue space with provision for ‘festival’ events, Oxford Point can now rightly be seen as the premier student accommodation in Bournemouth.
