We’re pleased to share that Hove Central, our Build to Rent neighbourhood for Moda Living, has been shortlisted in two categories at Property Week’s RESI Awards 2026:
- Placemaking of the Year
- Best Residential Design of the Year
The annual awards recognise the projects and people redefining homes, places and communities across the UK residential sector. This year’s awards will take place on 6 May 2026 at Grosvenor House, London.
Located close to Hove station, Hove Central has transformed a brownfield site into a new mixed-use Build to Rent neighbourhood, bringing together over 500 new homes, public spaces and social infrastructure within a masterplan rooted in Hove’s local character.
“It’s fantastic to see Hove Central recognised with a shortlist in two categories at the RESI Awards. The project exemplifies design-led placemaking, bringing together homes, landscape and public realm to create a vibrant and inclusive neighbourhood. From the outset, our vision was to establish a genuine sense of place through a legible network of streets, a central boulevard and a sequence of civic squares that support daily life, movement and social connection.”

“From the start, our ambition was to create a neighbourhood that felt distinctly Hove. The architecture draws on local typologies and character to form a cohesive family of buildings that frame a series of welcoming streets and public spaces designed for everyday life. We’re looking forward to seeing the neighbourhood continue to grow and thrive as a place for people and community life.”
