Hove Central shortlisted at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2026

The awards celebrate outstanding residential developments across the UK, recognising the very best in delivery, innovation and partnership. The winners will be announced on Tuesday 24 November at the InterContinental O2 in London.
Located close to Hove station, Hove Central has transformed the former Sackville Road Trading Estate into a new mixed-use Build-to-Rent neighbourhood. As architect and masterplanner, we have worked with Moda Living and the wider team to bring together new homes, public realm, social spaces and commercial provision within a masterplan rooted in Hove’s character.
The project reflects our experience in creating Build-to-Rent places that balance design quality, day-to-day operational understanding and a strong sense of community. A central boulevard, new public squares and landscaped routes establish stronger connections through the site, while the shared amenity offer supports resident life and social connection.
