Status Complete

Brent Cross Town is one of London’s most ambitious regeneration projects, set to deliver nearly 7,000 homes alongside retail, leisure and workspace for over 25,000 people. Developed by Related Argent in partnership with the London Borough of Barnet, it represents a major step in reshaping North London into a connected, sustainable urban neighbourhood. The Maple sits at the heart of this vision — 286 Build to Rent homes across three blocks, framing a new Neighbourhood Square designed to bring energy and activity to everyday life.

In collaboration with Galliford Try, we led the delivery of Allies & Morrison’s concept design, translating design ambition into buildable, commercially robust reality. Working with PCE Ltd, we implemented the innovative hyTower offsite construction system, incorporating 4,500 precast concrete and steel components, integrated façades, prefabricated bathroom pods and bolt-on balconies. From the outset, we coordinated structure, façades and building services to ensure programme certainty, quality control and efficient site progress.

The Maple now provides studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and maisonettes, supported by a leisure pool, gym, co-working lounge and rooftop terrace. Through progressive processes and close collaboration, we helped shape a sustainable new neighbourhood — delivering homes and shared spaces designed for modern urban living.
