Shortlisted for Interior Design Award at 2024 Property Week Student Awards

We are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for the prestigious Interior Design Award at this year’s Property Week Student Awards in December.

The recognition comes for our work on the Oxford Point project in Bournemouth, which is a finalist in the new interior design category introduced for 2024.

Oxford Point represents the fourth collaboration between us and Now Student Living where we’ve reimagined underutilised spaces within their purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) portfolio. The project creatively integrates seaside-inspired design elements such as beach huts, promenades, and fun fairs, resulting in a vibrant and visually engaging student environment that echoes the charm of Bournemouth’s coastal heritage.

The design prioritises sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and locally fabricated fixtures to reduce environmental impact while ensuring durability for Bournemouth’s maritime climate.

The Property Week Student Awards will take place in December, and we look forward to the opportunity to celebrate alongside other industry leaders and innovators.

"Being shortlisted for the Interior Design Award at this year’s Property Week Student Awards is a huge honour. Oxford Point was an incredibly rewarding project, where we worked closely with our client to create a vibrant, student-friendly environment that not only reflects the coastal charm of Bournemouth but also supports wellbeing and a sense of community. This project highlights the potential of thoughtful, sustainable design in transforming student spaces, and we're proud to see it recognised in such a competitive category."
