He specialises in unlocking complex sites and shaping long-term regeneration projects that support sustainable growth and deliver lasting value for communities. Andy also helps guide the strategic direction of the business, championing collaboration, clear thinking, and delivery excellence.
Beyond project work, he supports regional growth through board-level roles with local authorities and development organisations.
Outside work, Andy enjoys exploring the Peak District with his family and pursuing his love of music.
