With over 30 years of experience, Dave brings a calm, practical mindset to complex projects, combining technical rigour with a strong focus on delivery. His approach blends practical know‑how with a genuine passion for getting things right.
He has led our response to the Building Safety Act, integrating new regulatory requirements into our design processes and quality systems. Dave is driven by a strong sense of professional responsibility, making sure teams and clients feel confident that projects are safe, compliant, and clearly understood.
He also leads the Practice’s Interior Design and Principal Designer services and champions ongoing improvement across people strategies, quality, and compliance.
Outside work, Dave enjoys exploring the Peak District and beyond with his family
