With over 30 years’ experience, Paul leads the London studio and works on major projects across the UK, including residential, Build to Rent, student accommodation, mixed-use, commercial, cultural, and education schemes.

He focuses on maintaining design quality from early concept through to delivery, helping complex projects stay clear, coherent, and well resolved. Paul believes good ideas only succeed when they are carried through with care, consistency, and collaboration. His long-standing relationships across the industry help teams work effectively and keep projects moving.

Alongside project work, Paul helps guide design direction across the business. His client-side experience gives him a practical understanding of what’s needed to deliver successfully.

Outside work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and learning the trumpet, in search of his inner jazz.
