Jon has been with the practice since the early days of his career growing into a trusted leader within our retail team. He now oversees several key national accounts, bringing experience, energy and steady leadership to every project. Jon thrives on the pace and complexity of retail — from delivering challenging refurbishments in live trading stores to supporting large-scale acquisitions and roll-out programmes.

People sit at the heart of Jon’s approach. He builds genuine, long-term relationships with clients and design teams, sets high standards, and motivates others to achieve shared goals. His belief in “doing the right thing” extends beyond his work, as he plays an active role in the practice’s charity initiatives, bringing colleagues together to support good causes in the local community.

Outside work, he coaches his daughter’s football team and proudly supports Sheffield Wednesday.
