With 29 year’s experience, David has delivered complex urban projects across residential, mixed-use, town centre, hotels, retail and historic planning-sensitive developments.

He takes a ‘hands-on’ approach to technical delivery, working closely with teams, clients, and consultants to manage complexity and achieve buildable, high-quality outcomes. David is particularly motivated by making complex projects work well—both technically and commercially. Alongside project leadership, he has played a key role in strengthening quality and environmental management processes, embedding more consistent and responsible ways of working across the business.
