With over 28 years’ experience, Dan works across the retail and industrial sectors on projects ranging from individual developments to large-scale estates.
He is motivated by helping clients adapt to change, optimising value in response to evolving commercial pressures and consumer behaviour. Alongside project leadership, Dan leads the practice’s IT strategy, driving improvements in infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies to support efficient and resilient ways of working.
His approach combines commercial awareness with practical delivery across projects of varying scale and complexity.
