With more than 35 years’ experience, Craig specialises in residential development across all tenures and has led on some of our most significant residential projects .

Passionate about the role good housing can play in people’s lives, he is particularly committed to delivering high-quality affordable and social housing. His expertise has led him to co-author peer-reviewed academic papers and speak at national conferences.

As a Principal Designer on higher-risk buildings, he also helps clients and project teams navigate the Building Safety Act, supporting the delivery of safe, robust and well-coordinated buildings.

Outside work, he has recently rediscovered his childhood love of building with Lego. The enjoyment is much the same, even if the cost isn’t!
