Launch of Student Showcase 2024

We are delighted to announce the launch our annual Student Showcase for the Class of 2024, now on display at our pop-up gallery in Chesterfield. This event provides a platform for our talented students to share, discuss, and celebrate their academic achievements with the wider Practice.

This year’s showcase features outstanding projects from eight of our students:

Amie Redfearn: Age UK Hamerton Haven – A dementia-friendly facility designed to promote autonomy, engagement with nature, and community connections.

Billy Cripps: The Centre for Sustainable Farming – A project in Derby aimed at enhancing public knowledge of sustainable farming practices.

Jack Dann: Nurturing Fears – An architectural response to help adults overcome a fear of water, located near the River Trent.

Jacob Cartwright: Reclaim Academy – A university building focused on modern sustainable construction methods and materials.

Joshua Kirkham: A Breath of Marollen – A project centred on reducing air pollution and educating the public about its harmful effects.

Jumana Abu-Sitta: Tracks of Transformation – An exploration of Sheffield’s urban fabric and its connection to the past, present, and future.

Kai Larmour-Jones: The People’s Parliament – An environmentally conscious community space in Leith for self-governance and idea sharing.

Molly Young: River Revival Hub – An eco-discovery and learning centre on a redeveloped post-industrial site in Newcastle.

"Once again, our students have surpassed expectations with their creativity and innovation. The work on display this year is exceptional. We are proud to support and celebrate these talented individuals who represent the next generation of architects and technologists and who will undoubtedly shape the future of our industry."
