Situated in the heart of Digbeth, Hairpin House, developed by Ridgeback and operated by ILA, comprises 237 contemporary Build to Rent (BtR) apartments, drawing inspiration from the area’s rich industrial history.
The project, spanning three interconnected blocks, offers fully fitted one and two-bedroom apartments complemented by extensive amenities, including a 24-hour concierge service, communal lounges, co-working spaces, and three roof gardens providing panoramic views of the Birmingham skyline.
