We are delighted to celebrate the completion of The Maple, the first collection of Build to Rent homes at Brent Cross Town, delivered for Related Argent with Galliford Try as main contractor.
We acted as Executive Architects alongside design by Squire & Partners, with interiors by Conran and Partners. As part of our growing portfolio of completed Build to Rent projects, The Maple reflects our ongoing commitment to creating high-quality homes and vibrant neighbourhoods.
The Maple provides 249 new homes across four buildings, ranging between eight and sixteen storeys. The mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments has been designed and finished to a high standard, offering comfortable and contemporary living spaces for a diverse community of residents. At ground level, the buildings open out to flexible retail and leisure spaces, a welcoming community hub, and access to a shared basement car park that links to neighbouring plots.
Work is also progressing on the second phase of The Maple, Plot 14, which is scheduled to complete this autumn and will provide a further 286 homes. Together, Plots 13 and 14 will form a significant part of the emerging residential neighbourhood at Brent Cross Town, helping to set the tone for the community as the wider masterplan continues to progress. Once both phases are complete, residents will enjoy an extensive range of shared amenities, including a gym, 25-metre swimming pool, spa facilities, a sports simulator room, rooftop BBQ spaces, landscaped podium gardens, and even a dedicated pet wash station.
Supporting Brent Cross Town’s ambition to become a net zero carbon town, The Maple has been delivered with a strong focus on sustainability. Initiatives such as modular bathroom pods and a full carbon lifecycle assessment have helped reduce embodied carbon and align with circular economy principles.
Once complete, Brent Cross Town will be one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects, delivering 6,700 new homes, three million sq.f.t of office and workspace, a new high street, three redeveloped schools, and more than 50 acres of public parks and playing fields.
