Supporting the delivery of a new riverside neighbourhood designed for long-term urban living.
Inspired by the character of London districts such as Fitzrovia and Belgravia, the masterplan is structured around a hierarchy of streets, blocks and squares. This approach creates a rich urban grain, encouraging movement, interaction and a strong sense of place. A diverse mix of apartments and townhouses supports a balanced, multigenerational community.
Given the scale and complexity of the development, coordination was critical. We implemented a robust BIM-led process to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality across every phase.
Royal Wharf demonstrates how technical rigour, collaboration and clarity of process can help deliver large-scale urban regeneration that feels coherent, liveable and enduring.
